Staci Bain, MIT, is a passionate teacher and principal advocate, currently working as an educational consultant, LETRS® Trainer, and Lexia® Professional Learning Facilitator. Staci is the CEO of Lit-er-ate, an education company striving to achieve “Literacy and Justice for All.” As a former school principal and public school teacher, Staci had the privilege of working as a Marzano Instructional Framework Specialist, supporting administrators across Washington State with the new teacher/principal evaluation system. Staci, her husband, and two teenagers enjoy traveling, texting, and golfing. As a Pacific Northwest native, Staci’s life consists of finding the nearest coffee shop while supporting teachers on their journey toward increased awesomeness!
